The reservations were made by someone else but they did have an open table reservation link to send to everyone in the party. More than 6 people though you have to call for a reservation. Tea is only 1-4pm on Friday and 2-5pm on Saturday and Sunday. The location is easy to drive to for me in Sunnyvale with a decently sized parking lot though far away from any public transit. Vegetarian options are available on request.
Ease of access (location, hours, ease of making reservation, dietary menu options): 6/10
The inside was decorated really beautifully, this tea place is an extension of a Persian restaurant and it shows in the décor and place settings. The staff were really attentive refilling all our water for the teas as we just got all 6 available then shared. They also brought out each of the selections individually like courses which was kind of neat!

The tea was $49 per person which is a little bit high comparatively but not overly so. I left decently full but not stuffed. There was a lot of unique flavors but not a ton of food.

There were only 6 teas available but several were really unique including a pea flower and saffron herbal teas! Most came in glass pots with little plates with all the herbs in so you would put in the tea to the water yourself. All the herbal teas were really colorful and set off the place settings nicely! They all also had these tea lights and metal contraption to keep them warm and visible instead of a tea cozy which seemed fancy but also dangerous to trailing sleeves! Unfortunately I'm partial to black teas so I was only so-so on most of them.

The scones were not my favorite, they were very dry and crumbly though had a good flavor. The jam was apricot and a sour cherry and came with butter rather than clotted cream. The sour cherry just soaked into the scone making it even more crumbly unfortunately.

The savories here had some really unique flavors! Even the smoked salmon was mixed with something creamy and made it more tolerable than usual for me (sorry smoked salmon lovers out there I'm just not a fan!). There was a lavosh kalbas roll and a spinach filo with a cucumber yogurt dip. Overall super yummy flavors I just wish there was one more to round it out for the price.

The sweets were interesting but not my favorite. There was a chocolate chip bread and strawberry sandwich, a love cake and some fruit. After they brought us a chocolate dipped cookie as well. I'm not sure I liked the flavors of any of the sweets though they weren't overly sugary like some sweets courses so they were a little less heavy.

I would recommend this tea place if you are local to the Peninsula/South Bay and want a unique tea experience and atmosphere with a Persian twist instead of some of the more traditional afternoon tea places. The service is really balanced between savory and sweet. They did seem to have a large table available in the back so it might be a good place to have a larger meet-up!
