I was able to go to B Street Books in San Mateo recently! B Street Books is primarily a secondhand Bookstore so there are lots of treasures to be found here and their stock is always changing due to what people bring in!
They have a decently large selection of sci-fi and fantasy and I looked for some of the older books I'm looking to collect in their trade paperback form. Unfortunately I didn't see them this time but there is also a small section of manga and other graphic novels where I did find a copy of Bloom!
There is this feeling of "labyrinthine" to this bookstore and in the very back there are these very pretty nicely bound classics.
Overall this bookstore being located in the heart of downtown San Mateo and a close to me secondhand book option means I'll definitely be back! I will probably not go to San Mateo specifically to go to this bookstore but I will stop by whenever I'm around and it's open!
